# Patchboard — full corpus ## Home The router for voice AI. Every speech model, benchmarked language by language, wired into one API. Router is a hosted, provider-neutral STT, LLM and TTS data plane at router.patchboard.online, with typed contracts and managed routing. 11 of 23 measured STT models are only measured in English. 4 different models win across 9 languages — no single model is best everywhere. Gateway is the open customer-side runtime for LiveKit and Pipecat: provider-direct streaming, local BYOK credentials, and optional Patchboard-managed routes. ## Models (/models) Every model Patchboard has measured, and the catalog entries a request can pin today: 17 speech-to-text models, 13 LLMs, 22 text-to-speech models, and 10 speech-to-speech models, each ranked by accuracy against cost. Naturalness and error rate are measured per language across 11 languages and 22 studies. Published stacks combine a speech-to-text, LLM, and text-to-speech leg for real-time phone agents, tool-heavy agents, and natural conversation. ## Voices (/voices) Measured voice models with published naturalness evidence, and which languages each voice model is declared for. ## Pricing (/pricing) $0.09 per minute all-in on Patchboard infrastructure across speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech, or 5% on top of a provider's published rate when routed through Router. $100 in signup credit applies to every account. Enterprise pricing is custom, locked for the term, with a committed monthly minimum. ## Docs (/docs) Quickstart, API reference (GET /v1/models, POST /v1/stt/transcriptions, POST /v1/llm/responses, POST /v1/tts/speech), LiveKit and Pipecat integration guides, the MCP agent skill, the Gateway repository, and the versioning policy (stable /v1, RFC 9745 deprecation signal, 90-day Sunset). ## About (/about) Patchboard, Inc. builds the hosted Patchboard Router and the open customer-side Patchboard Gateway for real-time voice AI workloads. Router is for applications that want Patchboard to operate the managed data plane. Gateway is for teams that want provider-direct streaming or local credential custody. ## Support (/support) team@patchboard.online reaches the whole team for bugs, API questions, billing, security, or partnerships. Check /status and the docs before writing in. ## Changelog (/changelog) Dated API, model, SDK, console and documentation changes, each with the migration action it needs.
